Motorola Android 15 roadmap: List of phones eligible and other details

Motorola has quietly confirmed the list of devices set to receive the Android 15 update, with the rollout already beginning for select models. While the company hasn’t released an official announcement, YTechB has uncovered details through Motorola’s support pages, revealing a range of eligible phones across its popular series.
The first device to receive the Android 15 beta update is the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, with users reporting improvements such as smoother animations, optimised app performance, and new features like screen recording alerts. The update also makes it easier to switch between multiple languages.
Android 15 introduces key features like App Archiving and Private Space. App Archiving allows users to save storage space by replacing unused apps with archived APKs, without losing data. Private Space enables a separate space for sensitive apps and files.
Motorola’s confirmed list of phones eligible for Android 15 includes the full 2023 Razr lineup, several devices from the Edge series, and a variety of Moto G models. This represents a shift in Motorola’s approach, as the company has historically been slow with software updates. The devices expected to receive the Android 15 update include:

– Motorola Edge 2024
– Motorola Edge 40 Pro
